Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) after payment is received. Shipping is carried out via DHL, GLS, or the Swiss Post – climate-neutral whenever possible.
Note: For deliveries outside the EU, additional charges (customs duties/VAT) may be levied by the carrier upon delivery. VAT is adjusted accordingly at checkout. If available, you will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation.
- Partial shipments are possible – at no additional cost to you.
- After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, Jungkraut AG may withdraw from the contract; any payments already made will be refunded.
- Order tracking: You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation (if available).
